We stay at this hotel 3 or 4 times every year and love it. Location is great, staff is super friendly and rooms are always clean. We were there last weekend and had a great time. My only complaint is the water pressure in shower was low and the water was so soft it never really felt like you got all of the soap off or shampoo out of your hair. I've never noticed that before. We will definitely stay here again though!

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is adequate. Coffee was great! One draw back, they play with charges on your credit card. they don't just take it for incidentals. They charge amounts on it, I don't understand why. My charge for dog stay was overcharged by $10.00 Needed to call to correct. ruins the stay.

Service was excellent; everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Building is sort of tricky to locate because of one way roads, medians, and the weird roads that are part of a dead mall. Plus the entrance has no signage, so you may question if you’re in the correct place. Elevators move quickly. Hallways are clean and smelled nice. Lobby was nice. Not much in the area within walking distance. Bed was relatively comfy. Air conditioning has a hard time keeping the room cool on higher floors - that whole heat rises thing.

Each and every staff member we came into contact with was exceptionally friendly from check-in to breakfast before leaving. Every inch of the hotel was perfectly clean: the room, the lobby, the elevator, the breakfast area, dining room, the swimming pool. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner were also good (rare in a hotel). Sufficient parking. The free breakfast was good, the varieties of milk are kept on a frozen serving tray to ensure they are chilled. This stay's experience was better than even some bigger cities. I couldn't find a single complaint if I tried.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. I had asked for a handicap room due to some mobility problems. The handicap rooms had always included a walk-in shower. This room, however, had a tub/shower that I was trying to avoid. I managed but was disappointed. Still in all a great place to stay.

How does the GM Todd still work at this location? The pics of the room are nasty, blinds didn’t work and we’ve been hung up on multiple times. Any complaint is met with an hour of wait and they throw their points when you ask a question. He also hung up on my Husband that asked him not to talk to me like that. Disgusting, both customer service and the room. Keep the points. I would have paid full price no matter what not having to deal with that “GM” Edit. We called Hyatt multiple times. It is on record. We were told we were getting a call back and never did after multiple complaints.However this manager stated in the notes that he called us! We don’t even know what he looks like. Man lied about speaking to us at checkout then changed his story because my husband called and we did express check out then he couldn’t prove it.. Show me a phone call record, video or an inspection report on check out or after that he spoke to us about or he even saw us, he CANNOT.

Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out for business or leisure. Service is attentive and friendly. Morning breakfast has many choices hot or cold. Noticed a lot of families staying here.

We arrived with a very warm welcome from the staff at the front desk. There was free on-site parking and it shares a parking lot with the Drury Inn that’s next door. Our room was very spacious and had a couch that was also a pull out bed. The room/bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! It was really nice having the free breakfast in the morning, they had a good assortment of food and it was freshly made. Great place to stay for a few nights or just a quick stay if you’re driving through.
